Radian acquires specialty insurer Inigo for $1.7 billion

U.S. mortgage insurer Radian has acquired Inigo, a Lloyd’s specialty insurer, according to an announcement on Thursday.  Radian has agreed to pay $1.7 billion for Inigo.
